Welcome to VCS

Village Concierge Services (VCS) is owned and operated by The Par Club.  Our goal is to offer peace of mind and convenience to our residents, by serving as a one-stop shop with an array of high-quality services.  Services provided include cleaning, maintenance and repair.

It is not necessary to be a member of The Par Club to have access to VCS Services.  Although Par Club members receive a 25 percent discount on the annual membership fee.  Call or text us at 561.573.4887 for more information.

Village residents who utilize VCS find our services an indispensable part of their life, whether they reside in the village for a few months or year round.

Membership and Service Fees

  • VCS Annual Membership: $1,500.00
  • Housekeeping: $40.00
  • House Check: $50.00
  • Houseman: $60.00
  • Maintenance: $70.00
  • Shuttering: $70.00
  • Irrigation repairs: $50.00
  • Irrigation Pumps, Valves, Clocks: $70.00
  • Irrigation wet checks: $100 flat rate
